REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Orin Digital, operated by Orin, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing any service or digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

Because our work involves custom creative labor, digital deliverables, and instant-access digital products, all sales made through Orin Digital are considered final and non-refundable.


2. Refunds for Custom Services

This includes web design, branding, UI/UX, consulting, advertising management, and all creative services.

We do not offer refunds once any of the following occur:

  • The project has started
  • The onboarding form or intake form has been completed
  • Initial concepts, drafts, mockups, or design files have been shared
  • Any amount of work or communication regarding the project has begun

These services require time, strategy, and design labor, and therefore cannot be refunded.


3. Refunds for Digital Products

Digital products include (but are not limited to):

  • Branding templates
  • UI/UX kits and web templates
  • Marketing tools, digital guides, and strategy files
  • Digital assets, graphics, or creative resources
  • Any downloadable or instantly accessible digital product
  • Low-value or micro digital products
  • Digital media related to online business & marketing operations

Instant Delivery = Final Sale

All digital product purchases are delivered instantly by download link, email, or dashboard access. Once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the transaction is non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of digital goods.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their device, software, and tools support the digital files before purchasing.


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

All chargebacks or disputes must have a valid and legitimate reason under your bank’s policies.

Filing a chargeback for reasons such as:

  • “Changed mind”
  • “No longer need the service/product”
  • “Did not read the description”
  • “Purchased by mistake”

is considered fraudulent misuse of the payment system and may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access to services and digital products
  • Submission of proof of delivery to Stripe or your bank
  • Additional fees and legal action if necessary

We maintain detailed records of:

  • Digital product delivery
  • Emails and communication
  • Onboarding forms
  • Project progress and files delivered
  • IP logs and download confirmations

These will be submitted as evidence during dispute resolution.


5. Project Abandonment

If the Client stops responding, delays the project, or abandons communication, the project will remain open until the Client returns. No refunds will be issued due to inactivity or lack of communication.


6. Incorrect or Duplicate Purchases

Because digital products are delivered instantly, duplicate or incorrect purchases cannot be refunded once delivered. Please review your cart carefully before completing payment.


7. Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our services and digital products. If you experience any technical issues accessing a digital product, we will assist in resolving it.

This assistance does not imply eligibility for a refund.


8. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where:

  • A duplicate payment was submitted due to a technical error
  • No work or delivery of any kind has begun
  • A system error prevented digital product delivery (and no download or email was accessed)

These exceptions are reviewed case-by-case and require verifiable proof.
